摘 要:无机纳米酶是无机纳米材料在生物医学领域应用的新方向,这一应用,将提升无机纳米材料的价值。片状无机纳米材料因其比表面积大,可以提供大量的活性位点,这大大提高了纳米酶的催化活性。本文综述了片状无机纳米酶的制备方法,包括自上而下和自下而上两种,并结合最新的研究进展,讨论了片状无机纳米酶模拟的不同酶活性,以及其在生化传感、疾病诊断和治疗等方面的生物医学应用,最后总结了片状无机纳米酶在开发与应用中面临的挑战与展望。Inorganic nanozymes are new directions of the application of inorganic nanomaterials in the field of biomedical,which will enhance the value of inorganic nanomaterials.Because of its large specific surface area,inorganic nanosheets can provide a large number of active sites,which greatly improve the catalytic activity of nanozymes.In this paper,the preparation methods of inorganic nanosheets are reviewed,including top-down and bottom-up.Combined with the latest research progress,the different enzyme-mimetic activities of nanozymes simulated by inorganic nanosheets and their biomedical applications in biochemical sensing,disease diagnosis and treatment are discussed.Finally,the challenges and prospects of the development and application of inorganic enzyme-like nanosheets are summarized.
