毛发毒品胶体金法现场快速检验准确率及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨毛发毒品胶体金法现场快速检验结果准确率及影响因素。方法:采用胶体金法与LC-MS/MS法分别对采集的毛发检材进行苯丙胺类、氯胺酮类及海洛因类毒品的检验,分析毛发毒品胶体金法现场快速检验结果的准确率。结果:苯丙胺类胶体金初筛结果的阳性准确率为87.17%,阴性准确率为100%;氯胺酮类胶体金初筛结果的阳性准确率为50%,阴性准确率为98.82%;海洛因类胶体金初筛结果的阳性准确率为50%,阴性准确率为100%。结论:胶体金法检验毛发毒品耗时短,具有较强的可操作性,阴性准确率较高。但毛发毒品现场快速检验结果会受检材用量、药物干扰等因素的影响而呈现假阳性,因而在禁毒实践毒品滥用检测中胶体金法检验阳性结果需经实验室检测确认。Objective:To explore the influencing factors of the rapid detection results of colloidal gold method for drugs in hair.Methods:LC-MS/MS method were used to detect the content of heroin,amphetamine and ketamine in hair samples after it were preliminary screened by colloidal gold method.The accuracy of colloidal gold detection method was calculated took the standard of corresponding LC-MS/MS result.Results:All the negative results of amphetamine and heroin detected by colloidal gold detection method was verified to be valid.The accuracy of colloidal gold method detecting the amphetamine and heroin is 87.17%and 100%respectively.The accuracy of ketamine’s positive and negative result is 50%and 98.82%respectively.The positive accuracy rate of the primary screening results for heroin colloidal gold was 50%,and the negative accuracy rate was 100%.Conclusion:Use the method of colloidal gold method to detect drugs in hair has the advantages of rapid detection time,simple operation and high negative accuracy.However,the rapid detection results of hair drugs were affected by the amount of hair sample and drug interference or other factors.In a word,the positive results of colloidal gold method in drug abuse monitoring need to be confirmed by laboratory testing.
