摘 要:重防腐涂装行业中,在涂料中加锌是常见的提高涂层防腐能力的方法。然而,富锌底漆的锌含量的不同其适用的环境也不同。为了合理选取富锌底漆须鉴别含锌量,本文采用红外光谱分析法和定性分析对常见漆膜的分析,可以有效鉴别二者。通过聚类分析和主成分分析的计算,可以获得占比最高的主成分的得分值,根据得分值可以绘制出其在空间的分布,由校正样品可以区分漆膜的分布的簇,完成对40%和70%含锌量的富锌底漆漆膜的鉴别。In the heavy anti-corrosion coating industry,adding zinc to the coating is a common way to improve the anti-corrosion ability of the coating.However,the zinc content of zinc-rich primers is different and the environment in which they are applicable.Therefore,in order to reasonably select a zinc-rich primer,it is necessary to identify the zinc content.In this paper,infrared spectroscopy analysis and qualitative analysis are used to analyze common paint films,which can effectively identify the two.Through the calculation of cluster analysis and principal component analysis,the score value of the principal component with the highest proportion can be obtained,and its distribution in space can be plotted according to the score value,and the distribution of the paint film can be distinguished by the correction sample,and the identification of zinc-rich primer paint film with 40%and 70%zinc content is completed.
