摘  要:用全自动土壤阳离子交换量测定仪(乙酸铵淋洗法)和三氯化六氨合钴浸提-分光光度法两种测定方法对土壤样品阳离子交换量进行实证研究,通过检出限、精密度、正确度及实际土样分析等进行了一定比较,以期减少试剂消耗和测定时间,更好地完成土壤阳离子交换量的测定,提升工作效率。结果表明全自动土壤阳离子交换量测定仪测定结果的相对标准偏差在2.8%~6.6%;三氯化六氨合钴浸提-分光光度法测定结果的相对标准偏差在0.7%~4.2%。两种方法测定不同浓度标准样品结果均在不确定度范围内,显示出两种测定方法均具有很好的精密度和正确度,能够满足土壤样品阳离子交换量的分析测试要求。The report was based on the study of soil quality-determination of cation exchange capacity(CEC)by using the automatic soil cation exchange capacity tester and the hexamine-cobalt tri-chloride solution spectrophotometric method,measured the detection limit,precision and accuracy,the real soil sample results was also discussed.It makes a certain comparison in order to reduce the time,complete the determination well and improve the work efficiency.The relative standard deviation of the automatic soil cation exchange capacity tester was 2.8%~6.6%and the results was 0.7%~4.2%to the hexamine-cobalt tri-chloride solution spectrophotometric method.The soil standard samples with different cationic contents were determined by these two method,and the results were all within the standard value range.Both of them possessed excellent accuracy,high precision,which can meet the testing requirements.
