摘 要:对丁烯-1装置工艺流程、特点进行了介绍,对顺流、逆流双效精馏分离方案进行了对比和优选,并对优选方案进行了优化。在丁烯-1装置中,逆流双效精馏方案优于顺流精馏方案。通过对常规精馏和逆流双效精馏的能耗进行对比分析,结果表明,双效精馏工艺与普通精馏相比,节约46.8%的蒸汽,节约循环水42.1%,折标油能耗降低45.4%,精馏节能率为48.6%,装置投资增加7%。This paper introduces the process flow characteristics of butene-1 unit.Firstly,the separation and energy saving effect of downstream and counterflow double-effect distillation techniques were compared and optimized,then the process parameters of preferred separation technology were optimized.The results showed that in the butene-1 unit,counterflow double-effect distillation technology solutions for optimum energy efficiency.And with the integration of distillation columns,the energy saving efficiency of ounterflow double distillation flow is 48.6%.The proportions of reducing energy consumption of steam,circulating water and standard fuel energy consumption reach 46.8%,42.1%and 45.4%respectively,investment in units increased by 7%.
