摘　　要：重整反应器内件损伤是连续重整装置非计划停工的重要原因之一。本文从催化剂的性质和内件结构出发,通过内件损伤案例,分析了损伤原因,并给出预防建议和改进措施,对确保连续重整装置安全运行具有借鉴和指导的意义。The damage of internal components in CCR reactor is one of the main reasons for unscheduled shutdown in CCR unit.This paper starts with the properties of the catalyst and the structure of CCR reactor's internal components.The damage causes are analyzed through internal components damage cases,the preventive suggestions and improvement measures are given.It has reference and guiding significance for ensuring the safe operation of CCR unit.
