摘  要:对于可燃液体压力储罐(无论原料储罐或者生产装置中间罐),为了防止储罐超压除罐顶设置压力控制阀,还需设置安全阀/爆破片作为事故工况时最后一道保障措施。对罐区内不同物料介质选择安全阀或安全阀与爆破片串联设计进行说明,同时对各储罐在不同事故工况下泄放量进行计算研究。选择最大泄放量下的计算泄放面积作为安全阀喉径及爆破片尺寸选择依据。使用Aspen Flarenet软件对于罐区泄放系统管网进行建模、迭代计算,在满足背压、马赫数等基础上设计经济合理的排放支管及排放总管尺寸。For pressure storage tank stored with flammable liquid(whether raw material storage tank or intermediate tank between production process),in addition to pressure control valve on top of tank,safety valve/bursting disc should be installed as the last safeguard measure in accident condition to prevent tank overpressure.The selection of single safety valve or combination of safety valve and bursting disc in series per different fluid characteristics is explained.At the same time,the relieving flowrate for each storage tank under different upset scenarios is calculated.The calculated discharge area under the maximum discharge flowrate is selected as the basis for the selection of the relief valve throat diameter and bursting disc size.Aspen Flarenet software was used for modeling and iterative calculation of tank farm relieving system pipe network to get economic and technically reasonable size of discharge branch header and main header,which also need meet the restriction for total back pressure and Mach number.
