摘 要:我国部分油田采油污水含硫量高,对集输管线及水质稳定影响较大,对其有效处理对于注水开发的安全稳定运行具有重要意义。采用ZnCl_(2)强化H_(2)O_(2)氧化方法并协同絮凝技术对含硫采油污水进行处理,以出水透光率、色度及含硫量为考察指标,考察了氧化、絮凝过程对高含硫污水处理效果的影响,探究了ZnCl_(2)强化H_(2)O_(2)氧化除硫机制。结果表明:在最佳氧化、絮凝条件下,可将油田污水的硫含量由处理前的200 mg/L降至1.22 mg/L,处理后水透光率达99.1%以上,色度降至4度以下,为我国高含硫油田污水处理提供参考。The high sulfur content of oil production sewage in some oil fields in China,which has a great impact on the stability of the gathering and transmission pipeline and water quality,and is of great significance to its effective treatment for the safe and stable operation of water injection development.In this paper,ZnCl_(2)enhanced H_(2)O_(2)oxidation method and flocculation technology are adopted to treat the sewage from sulfur oil production.With the light transmittance,chaticity and sulfur content,we investigate the influence of oxidation and flocculation process on the treatment effect of high sulfur sewage,and explore the mechanism of ZnCl_(2)enhanced H_(2)O_(2)oxidation sulfur removal.The results show that under the optimal oxidation and flocculation conditions,the sulfur content of oilfield sewage can be reduced from 200 mg/L before treatment to 1.22 mg/L,the light transmittance of water is more than 99.1%after treatment,and the color degree can be reduced to below 4,which provides a reference for the sewage treatment of high sulfur oilfield in China.
