摘　　要：为进一步探究剑叶凤尾蕨的药用价值,本次基于有机化学实验方法,对剑叶凤尾蕨中的化合物进行分离鉴定,并通过化合物细胞毒性测试,确定了剑叶凤尾蕨中的有效成分。在此基础上,进一步探究了剑叶凤尾蕨不同极性部位的活性成分差异,对其进行评价,评价结果表明,剑叶凤尾蕨的根部和茎部具有相对更高的药用价值,该推断可为今后的相关研究提供一定的参考借鉴。In order to further explore the medicinal value of the sword leaf phoenix tail fern,based on organic chemistry experimental methods,compounds in the sword leaf phoenix tail fern were isolated and identified,and the effective components in the sword leaf phoenix tail fern were determined through compound cytotoxicity testing.On this basis,the differences in the active ingredients of different polar parts of the fern were further explored and evaluated.The evaluation results showed that the roots and stems of the fern have relatively higher medicinal value,and this inference can provide a certain reference for future related research.
