摘  要:开发具有可见光响应的硼酸盐光催化剂具有重要的研究价值。采用溶胶凝胶法制备了Gd_(1-x)Ce_(x)B_(5)O_(9)固溶体样品。所制备的样品经过了X射线粉末衍射、扫描电镜、X射线光电子能谱的表征,结果表明样品合成成功。样品的形貌为亚微米尺寸的珊瑚状。整个固溶体样品在紫外和可见光照下均有制氢能力。其中Gd_(0.85)Ce_(0.15)B_(5)O_(9)的制氢活性最佳,在紫外和可见光照下分别为185.7μmol/h/g和2.0μmol/h/g。The development of borate photocatalysts with visible light response has important research value.Gd_(1-x)Ce_(x)B_(5)O_(9) solid solution samples were prepared by sol-gel method.The prepared samples were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,and the results showed that the synthesis of the samples was successful.The morphology of the sample is coral like with sub micron size.The entire solid solution sample has the ability to produce hydrogen under both ultraviolet and visible light.Among them,Gd_(0.85)Ce_(0.15)B_(5)O_(9) has the best hydrogen production activity,with respectively 185.7μmol/h/g and 2.0μmol/h/g under UV and visible light.
