摘 要:从各类金属废液尤其是废弃电器电子产品中湿法回收贵金属时,浸出液往往伴随大量杂质金属铜影响回收效率。采用乳状液膜法,构建以D2EHPA为载体,次磷酸为还原剂的液膜体系,从银铜金属混合溶液中选择性提取制备球形纳米银。研究表明,当载体D2EHPA体积分数为6%、次磷酸体积分数为12%时,银的回收率达到99.27%,几乎不提取铜,制备得到的球形纳米银呈黑色粉末状,分散性良好,具有较高的应用价值,为各类金属废液中低浓度贵金属的湿法回收技术研发提供参考。In the wet recovery of precious metals from various types of metal waste liquids,especially WEEE,the leachate is often accompanied by a large amount of impurity metal copper which affects the recovery efficiency.The spherical silver nanoparticles were selectively extracted from the mixed silver-copper metal solution by an emulsion film method using D2EHPA as the carrier and hypophosphorous acid as the reducing agent.The study showed that when the concentration of the carrier D2EHPA was 6%and the concentration of hypophosphorous acid was 12%,the recovery of silver reached 99.27%with almost no extraction of copper,and the prepared spherical nano-silver was in the form of black powder with good dispersion,which has high application value and provides a reference for the development of wet recovery technology for low concentration precious metals in various metal waste solutions.
