造纸用复合钛白粉的制备及性能研究

摘　　要：以重介碳酸钙为母体,加入钛白粉、氧化铁红、氧化铁黄、分散剂等物质,采用机械化学法制备复合钛白粉。最佳工艺参数:氧化铁红加入量0.06%、氧化铁黄加入量0.05%、TiO_(2)加入量50%,制备的复合钛白粉白度93.5%,遮盖力数值20.1 g/m^(2),复合钛白粉整体性能接近钛白粉,可取代部分钛白粉用于造纸填料。Composite titanium dioxide powder was prepared by mechanochemical method using heavy calcium carbonate as the matrix,adding substances such as titanium dioxide,iron oxide red,iron oxide yellow,and dispersant.The optimal process parameters include 0.06%iron oxide red addition,0.05%iron oxide yellow addition,and 50%TiO_(2) addition.The prepared composite titanium dioxide powder has a whiteness of 93.5%and a coverage value of 20.1 g/m^(2).The overall performance of the composite titanium dioxide powder is similar to that of titanium dioxide powder,and it can replace some titanium dioxide powder for paper fillers.
