摘  要:为进一步提升全馏分粗苯加氢精制工艺的生产效率,首先在对萃取精馏技术进行分析的基础上,基于Aspen Plus软件分别构建了预精馏、萃取精馏和苯甲苯分离系统的流程模拟模型,重点对萃取精馏塔和纯苯精馏塔的操作工艺参数进行优化,保证纯苯精馏塔塔顶环己烷和甲基环己烷出料量控制在2.2 kg/h以下,对应萃取精馏塔塔顶纯苯和甲苯的纯度满足要求。In order to further improve the production efficiency of the full fraction crude benzene hydrofining process,firstly,based on the analysis of extraction distillation technology,process simulation models for pre distillation,extraction distillation,and benzene toluene separation systems were constructed using Aspen Plus software,with a focus on optimizing the operating process parameters of the extraction distillation tower and pure benzene distillation tower,ensuring that the discharge of cyclohexane and methylcyclohexane at the top of the pure benzene distillation tower is controlled below 2.2 kg/h,and the purity of pure benzene and toluene at the top of the corresponding extraction distillation tower meets the requirements.
