摘 要:某电厂330 MW机组于2014年10月投入正式运行。机组抗燃油系统采用浙爆集体有限公司提供的YB2-200L-4抗燃油系统。在2019年6月对抗燃油进行油质简化月度试验时,发现其密度略低于标准值。同时,机组汽机伺服阀卡涩频繁,摆动大,机组检修期间多次更换伺服阀部件,但并未从根本上解决该问题。通过抗燃油油质跟踪试验,结合机组运行工况和系统设计,最终确定是抗燃油油质劣化所造成的,并对这一问题提出了有针对性的举措。The 330 MW unit of a certain power plant was officially put into operation in October 2014.The unit's fire-resistant oil system adopts the YB2-200L-4 fire-resistant oil system provided by Zhejiang Explosion Group Co.,Ltd.In June 2019,during the monthly oil quality simplification test of the counter fuel,it was found that its density was slightly lower than the standard value.At the same time,the servo valve of the steam turbine of the unit frequently gets stuck and oscillates greatly.During the maintenance period of the unit,the servo valve components were replaced multiple times,but the problem was not fundamentally solved.Through tracking tests on the quality of fire-resistant oil,combined with the operating conditions of the unit and system design,it was ultimately determined that the problem was caused by the deterioration of fire-resistant oil quality,and targeted measures were proposed to address this issue.
