摘 要:氨合成工艺正常运行时会有部分含氨气体排放至氨火炬管网,最终送至氨火炬直排至大气。通过对氨火炬管网中驰放气的来源及成分分析,提出解决方案,经过认真的探讨、比对,以及风险评估,决定新增一套氨火炬驰放气回收装置,经过立项后实施,达到了废气回收,经济环保的目的,投运效果理想。During the normal operation of the ammonia synthesis process,some ammonia containing gases will be discharged into the ammonia flare pipeline network,and ultimately sent to the ammonia flare for direct discharge into the atmosphere.Through the analysis of the sources and components of the release gas in the ammonia flare pipeline network,a solution was proposed.After careful exploration,comparison,and risk assessment,it was decided to add an ammonia flare release gas recovery device.After project approval and implementation,the final operation effect was ideal.The goal of waste gas recovery and economic and environmental protection has been achieved.
