摘　　要：罐区作为石油化工装置中的关键单元之一,罐区的安全稳定直接影响整个化工厂的安全和生产效率。液位仪表是罐区工艺参数最重要的监测仪表,液位仪表对化工生产装置有着承上启下的作用,保证整个化工装置连续稳定运行。近年来随着化学工业和自动化科学的迅速发展,液位测量仪表也向高精度、高稳定性、高可靠性等方向发展。罐区液位检测从检测方式上分为接触式和非接触式两大类。差压式液位计为接触式,雷达液位计为非接触式。差压式液位计和雷达液位计双液位计作为两种不同测量原理、不同检测方式的液位计,适用于易燃易爆、有毒性或强腐蚀性等介质罐区液位的测量。As one of the key units in the petrochemical plant,the safety and stability of the tank farm directly affect the safety and production efficiency of the entire chemical plant.The liquid level instrument is the most important monitoring instrument for the process parameters of the tank farm.The liquid level instrument plays a connecting role in the chemical production plant and ensures the continuous and stable operation of the entire chemical plant.In recent years,with the rapid development of chemical industry and automation science,liquid level measuring instruments are also developing towards high accuracy,high stability and high reliability.The liquid level detection in the tank farm can be divided into contact type and non-contact type.The differential pressure level gauge is contact type,and the radar level gauge is non-contact type.As two level gauges with different measuring principles and different detection methods,differential pressure level gauge and radar level gauge double level gauge are applicable to the measurement of liquid level in tank areas with flammable,explosive,toxic or corrosive media.
