摘  要:重点研究了焦炉炉墙窜漏的检测方法,通过对焦炉生产时交换过程中小烟道废气中SO_(2)含量进行检测,并以此判别焦炉炭化室炉墙的密封状态,及时对炉墙进行处理,实现提升炉墙的密封效果,降低了烟道废气中SO_(2)含量。The detection method for leakage in the coke oven wall was mainly studied.By detecting the SO_(2) content in the small flue gas during the exchange process of coke oven production,the sealing status of the coke oven carbonization chamber wall was determined,and the wall was treated in a timely manner to improve the sealing effect of the wall and reduce the SO_(2)content in the flue gas.
