摘 要:31302综采工作面采高达到5.3 m同时开采的13#煤层较为松软,导致采面回采期间煤壁片帮问题较为突出,部分位置甚至伴随冒顶问题,给采面安全高效回采带来显著制约。依据现场情况,提出以超前注浆为主的片帮、冒顶防治技术,并辅助采用采面局部注浆、强化管理等方式,并具体设计超前注浆加固方案、局部注浆方案以及辅助管理措施。片帮、冒顶防治技术在31302综采工作面现场应用后,煤壁片刚问题得以有效解决,可为煤炭高效回采创造良好条件。The 31302 fully mechanized mining face has a mining height of 5.3 meters and the 13#coal seam is relatively soft,resulting in prominent problems of coal wall spalling during the mining process.Some positions even have roof caving problems,which significantly restricts the safe and efficient mining of the mining face.Based on the on-site situation,this paper proposes the prevention and control technology of slope and roof caving mainly using advanced grouting,and assists in adopting local grouting and strengthening management methods in the mining face,designs specific advanced grouting reinforcement plans,local grouting plans,and auxiliary management measures.After the application of the prevention and control technology of wall spalling and roof fall in the 31302 fully mechanized mining face,the problem of coal wall spalling has been effectively solved,which can create good conditions for efficient coal mining.
