摘  要:为进一步提升厚及特厚煤层的生产效率和安全性,以4113工作面为例开展系列研究,在对其基本情况分析的基础上,从煤层硬度、地质条件以及含矸情况验证了综放开采工艺应用的可行性;结合4113工作面基于FLAC3D软件初步确定了综放开采工艺的开采厚度,并具体确定了采放比等参数;最后,对所确定开采工艺的开采效果进行工业性试验。In order to further improve the production efficiency and safety of thick and extra thick coal seams,a series of studies were conducted using the 4113 working face as an example.Based on the analysis of its basic situation,the feasibility of the application of fully mechanized top coal caving mining technology was verified from the coal seam hardness,geological conditions,and gangue content;Based on FLAC3D software,the mining thickness of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining process was preliminarily determined in combination with the 4113 working face,and specific parameters such as the mining ratio were determined.Finally,industrial experiments were conducted on the mining effectiveness of the determined mining process.
