摘  要:现有对长壁液压支架结构强度的研究主要集中在单个支架的受力上,而没有考虑综采工作面支架群的一般力学特性。基于此,研究了不同工况下长壁液压支架组的力学特性和关键支架部件的刚度,确定了顶梁上载荷的位置和大小。现场测试得出了沿工作面的顶板挠度和支架组载荷的数据,其中端部支架的刚度不同,得到了顶梁的横向载荷分布和沿工作面方向不同位置的偏载系数。采用有限元分析方法对液压支架进行强度分析。发现关键部件最薄弱的地方是将圆柱筒连接到矿井底部和顶部的位置,研究结果可用于实现薄煤层工作面液压支架的安全稳定运行。The existing research on the structural strength of long wall hydraulic supports mainly focuses on the force acting on a single support,without considering the general mechanical characteristics of the support group in fully mechanized mining faces.Based on this,the mechanical characteristics of the long wall hydraulic support group and the stiffness of key support components under different working conditions were studied,and the position and magnitude of the load on the top beam were determined.On site testing obtained data on the deflection of the top plate along the working face and the load of the support group.The stiffness of the end support was different,and the lateral load distribution of the top beam and the deflection coefficient at different positions along the working face direction were obtained.Use finite element analysis method to analyze the strength of hydraulic support.The weakest point of the key components was found to be the connection of the cylindrical cylinder to the bottom and top of the mine.The research results can be used to achieve safe and stable operation of hydraulic supports in thin coal seam working faces.
