摘　　要：介绍了100kt/a含镍污泥资源化处置项目高含氟、高氮氧化物烟气净化处理系统的设计和生产运行情况。在运行过程中针对设计考虑不充分的问题如烟气热交换器漏风、烟气温度偏离设计、氮氧化物浓度偏高等逐一进行了改进。改进后,整个烟气处理系统运行正常,烟气中各项污染物指标均达到或优于排放标准。The design and operation of high fluorine and high nitrogen oxide flue gas purification treatment system for 100 kt/a nickel sludge recycling disposal project were introduced.In the process of operation,the problems which were not sufficiently considered in the design,such as air leakage of flue gas heat exchanger,flue gas temperature deviation from the design,high nitrogen oxide concentration,were improved one by one.After the improvement,the whole flue gas treatment system runs normally,and all the pollutants in the flue gas meet or better than the emission standards.
