摘  要:为了提升水资源保护的教育与宣传,本次研究对近年来全国污水排放量和污水处理厂的数量进行了分析,总结归纳出污水排放量和污水处理量的发展趋势;从物理处理和化学处理两种方式介绍了污水处理的方案,从吸附法、电化学催化技术、人工湿地治理技术和生物浮岛治理技术四个方面分析了污水处理的路径;提出建立健全水资源污染治理法律法规体系、多方面指引社会公益组织开展水资源污染治理、搭建统筹考虑水资源污染治理体系、堵塞工业废水源头、加大投入落后地区水资源污染治理、增强新技术、新生产工艺、新型材料的应用等水资源污染治理的实施方案,并给出贯彻落实可持续发展观核心理念、加强监管监管力度、营销推广绿色制造等水环境保护相对路径。In order to enhance education and publicity on water resource protection,this study analyzed the national sewage discharge and the number of sewage treatment plants in recent years,and summarized the development trends of sewage discharge and sewage treatment capacity.The sewage treatment schemes were introduced from two aspects:physical treatment and chemical treatment.The pathways for sewage treatment were analyzed from four aspects:adsorption method,electrochemical catalysis technology,artificial wetland treatment technology,and biological floating island treatment technology.Propose implementation plans for water resource pollution control,including establishing a sound legal and regulatory system for water resource pollution control,guiding social welfare organizations to carry out water resource pollution control in multiple aspects,establishing a comprehensive water resource pollution control system,blocking the source of industrial wastewater,increasing investment in water resource pollution control capabilities in underdeveloped areas,enhancing the application of new technologies,new production processes,and new materials,and provide relative paths for water environment protection,such as implementing the core concept of sustainable development,strengthening regulatory efforts,and promoting green manufacturing through marketing.
