摘  要:为解决传统催化氧化反应对含油废水中COD处理时产生铁淤泥对环境造成二次污染的问题,通过试验的方式对以中性反应条件为基础的类催化氧化处理方案的最佳试验条件进行对比,重点对反应温度、反应流速、催化剂种类以及反应器形式对含油废水中COD的降解效果进行对比,对高效、低成本处理高COD的含油废水具有实际指导意义。In order to solve the problem of secondary pollution caused by iron sludge generated during the treatment of COD in oily wastewater by traditional catalytic oxidation reactions,the optimal experimental conditions of similar catalytic oxidation treatment schemes based on neutral reaction conditions were compared through experiments,with a focus on comparing the degradation effect of COD in oily wastewater by reaction temperature,reaction flow rate,catalyst type,and reactor form.It has practical guiding significance for the efficient and low-cost treatment of high COD oily wastewater.
