摘 要:为了进一步提升焦化废水的处理效果,提高其环保性,提出了一种新的基于光催化法的焦化废水处理方案。以TiO_(2)/MWCNTs复合光催化剂为核心,对MWCNTs掺杂率对焦化废水降解效果的影响、催化剂含量对焦化废水降解效果的影响、双氧水含量对焦化废水降解效果的影响进行研究。结果表明,当MWCNTs掺杂率为0.5%、催化剂质量浓度为1.0 g/L、过氧化氢用量为1.50 mL/L时具有最佳的净化效果,此时对水中COD的除去率达到了52.4%,对水中UV254的除去率达到了78.8%。In order to further improve the treatment efficiency of coking wastewater and its environmental friendliness,a new coking wastewater treatment scheme based on photocatalysis was proposed.Taking TiO_(2)/MWCNTs composite photocatalyst as the core,the influence of MWCNTs doping rate on the degradation effect of coking wastewater,the influence of catalyst content on the degradation effect of coking wastewater,and the influence of hydrogen peroxide content on the degradation effect of coking wastewater were studied.The results showed that the optimal purification effect was achieved when the doping rate of MWCNTs was 0.5%,the catalyst concentration was 1.0 g/L,and the amount of hydrogen peroxide was 1.50 mL/L.At this time,the removal rate of COD in water reached 52.4%,and the removal rate of UV254 in water reached 78.8%.
