摘  要:随着垃圾处理技术的提高,对其开发利用能力逐渐加强,经研究发现餐厨垃圾可利用价值非常高,同时为了更好地保护环境,目前餐厨垃圾处理方式已经由传统的填埋方式逐渐向绿色处理方式转变。对厌氧发酵以及采用生化处理系统对餐厨污水处理过程中常见的问题进行汇总和分析,对相关行业具有借鉴意义。With the improvement of waste treatment technology,its development and utilization capabilities are gradually strengthening.Research has found that food and kitchen waste has a very high value for utilization.At the same time,in order to better protect the environment,the current treatment method of food and kitchen waste has gradually shifted from traditional landfill to green treatment.The common problems in anaerobic fermentation and the use of biochemical treatment systems for kitchen wastewater treatment are summarized and analyzed,which has reference significance for relevant industries.
