摘　　要：施工现场甲方代表(简称甲代)是建设单位管理的一线延伸,承担着施工现场与建设方的纽带和桥梁的作用,也是履行建设单位安全、质量、进度等管理任务的执行者和推动者。文章围绕甲代如何在施工现场抓好管理进行讨论,介绍了甲代的基本工作要求和思路,分析了甲代在现场管理中可以采取的措施,手段等,并结合自身经验对如何更好发挥甲代在项目建设中的作用进行了深入探讨,为保障项目经济效益和社会效益充分实现具有一定参考价值。The representative of Party A(referred to as representative)on the construction site is a front-line extension of the management of the construction unit,undertakes the role of a link and bridge between the construction site and the construction party,and is also the executor and promoter of the management tasks such as safety,quality and progress of the construction unit.This paper discusses the management of representative on the construction site,introduces the basic work requirements and ideas of the representative,analyzes the measures and means that the representative can take for the site management,and discusses the methods of the representative to better play the role in project construction based on the author’s experience,which has certain reference value to ensure the full realization of the economic and social benefits of the project.
