摘  要:悬挂式单轨交通是车体悬挂于轨道梁下方行驶的一种轨道交通制式,采用高架形式敷设,车辆走行装置位于梁轨合一的轨道梁内。道岔作为悬挂式单轨的核心设备,是实现车辆换线的唯一途径。悬挂式单轨可动芯道岔作为悬挂式道岔类型中的一种,是目前悬挂式单轨交通中应用最广、综合性能最优的一种道岔。可动芯道岔梁是承载列车和搭载道岔运动机构的关键部件,按照线路、车辆对道岔的需求,结合道岔的使用原理和特点要求,重点介绍了道岔梁的结构,并对其结构进行了设计,计算分析了道岔梁体的刚度、强度、自振频率,分析结果表明,其各项结果满足规范标准要求。Suspended monorail is a kind of rail transit system in which the car body is suspended under the track beam,which is laid in the form of viaduct,and the vehicle running device is located in the track beam with the integration of beam and rail.As the core equipment of suspended monorail,turnout is the only way to realize vehicle line change.As one of the types of suspended turnouts,suspended monorail movable core turnout is the most widely used and best comprehensive performance turnout in suspended monorail transportation at present.The movable core turnout beam is the key component of the moving mechanism of the train and the turnout,according to the demand of the line and vehicle for the turnout,combined with the use principle and characteristic requirements of the turnout.This paper focuses on the structure of the turnout beam,calculates and analyzes the stiffness,strength and natural frequency of the turnout beam,and the results meet the requirements of the code.
