栀子联合硫酸镁溶液局部外敷治疗药物外渗的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨栀子联合硫酸镁溶液局部外敷在治疗药物外渗中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月-12月医院诊断为药物外渗Ⅱ级以上的病人60例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法对病人进行分组(栀子组、硫酸镁组、栀子联合硫酸镁组),每组20例。比较3组病人临床疗效时间、治疗效果以及病人舒适度。结果:3组病人临床疗效时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且栀子联合硫酸镁组病人肢体肿胀完全消退时间、肢体活动自如时间、末梢循环恢复正常时间和肢体无疼痛时间短于栀子组、硫酸镁组(P<0.05)。3组病人治疗效果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且栀子联合硫酸镁组病人治疗有效率高于栀子组、硫酸镁组(P<0.05)。治疗后3组病人疼痛数字评分法(NRS)评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且栀子联合硫酸镁组病人NRS评分低于栀子组、硫酸镁组(P<0.05)。治疗后3组病人Kolcaba舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且栀子联合硫酸镁组病人GCQ中各项评分高于栀子组、硫酸镁组(P<0.05)。结论:栀子联合硫酸镁溶液局部外敷治疗药物外渗,能够帮助病人快速消肿止痛,提高临床治疗效果,有助于增加病人舒适度。Objective:To explore the application effect of topical application of gardenia combined with magnesium sulfate solution in the treatment of drug exosmosis.Methods:A total of 60 patients diagnosed with drug exosmosis grade II or above in the hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.Patients were divided into gardenia group,magnesium sulfate group and gardenia combined with magnesium sulfate group by random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The clinical curative effect time,therapeutic effect and patient comfort were compared among the three groups.Results:There was significant difference in clinical efficacy time among the three groups(P<0.05).The time of limb swelling completely subsiding,limb movement freely,peripheral circulation return to normal and limb pain free in the gardenia combined with magnesium sulfate group were shorter than those in the gardenia group and magnesium sulfate group(P<0.05).There was significant difference in treatment effect among the three groups(P<0.05).The treatment effective rate of gardenia combined with magnesium sulfate group was higher than that of gardenia group and magnesium sulfate group(P<0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in NRS scores among the three groups(P<0.05).The NRS score of gardenia combined with magnesium sulfate group was lower than that of gardenia group and magnesium sulfate group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Kolcaba General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ)score of 3 groups was significantly different(P<0.05).The scores of GCQ in gardenia combined with magnesium sulfate group were higher than those in gardenia group and magnesium sulfate group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The topical application of gardenia combined with magnesium sulfate solution for drug exosmosis can help patients quickly reduce swelling and pain,improve clinical treatment effect,and help to increase patients′comfort.
