摘　　要：目的:了解肺癌化疗病人自我调节疲乏现状,并分析其影响因素。方法:采用便利抽样法选取2022年5月-12月在江西省某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院行化疗的196例肺癌病人作为研究对象,运用一般资料调查表、自我调节疲乏量表(SRFS)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)及简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)对符合纳入标准的196例肺癌病人进行调查。结果:肺癌化疗病人自我调节疲乏得分为(47.50±11.94)分。文化程度、家庭人均月收入、化疗周期、应对方式以及社会支持状况是影响肺癌化疗病人自我调节疲乏的主要因素。结论:肺癌化疗病人自我调节疲乏处于中等水平,医护人员应根据自我调节疲乏的影响因素采取针对性措施,鼓励病人建立稳定的社会支持系统,帮助病人树立正确的疾病认知,引导病人采取积极的应对方式,以改善病人自我调节疲乏状况。Objective:To explore the status quo and influencing factors of self-regulatory fatigue in patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 196 patients with lung cancer who received chemotherapy in a grade-A cancer hospital in Jiangxi Province from May to December 2022 were selected by convenience sampling method as the study objects.A total of 196 lung cancer patients who met the inclusion criteria were investigated by using the general data questionnaire,Self-Regulating Fatigue Scale(SRFS),Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)and Simple Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ).Results:The self-regulated fatigue score of lung cancer patients was(47.50±11.94).Education level,per capita monthly household income,chemotherapy cycle,coping style and social support status were the main factors affecting self-regulatory fatigue in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy.Conclusions:Patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy are at a moderate level of self-regulated fatigue.Medical staff should take targeted measures according to the influencing factors of self-regulated fatigue,encourage patients to establish a stable social support system,help patients establish correct disease cognition,and guide patients to adopt positive coping methods to improve patients′self-regulated fatigue.
