摘　　要：随着我国“互联网+”时代的来临和交通基础设施建设的日趋完善,电子商务行业的发展给物流行业带来了极好的机遇,物流产业成为了其流通和消费的基础。文章首先介绍物流行业并购交易的现状,随后分别从内部和外部两个方面分析了JD物流并购DB快递的动因,并通过经营、管理和财务协同效应评价探究物流企业并购对物流行业发展的影响。分析得出,JD物流和DB快递在此次并购中进一步促进了快递快运行业的转型升级,推动了物流的智能化进程,提升了物流的综合服务能力,获得了双赢,为物流企业的多元化发展带来了实质性意义。With the advent of the Internet Plus era and the improvement of transportation infrastructure in China,the development of e-commerce industry has brought excellent opportunities to the logistics industry,which has become the basis of circulation and consumption.The article first introduces the current situation of mergers and acquisitions in the logistics industry,and then analyzes the reasons for JD Logistics'acquisition of DB Express from both internal and external perspectives.It explores the impact of logistics enterprise mergers and acquisitions on the development of the logistics industry through the evaluation of operation,management,and financial synergies.Through analysis,it can be concluded that JD Logistics and DB Express have further promoted the transformation and upgrading of the express delivery industry in this merger,promoted the intelligent process of logistics,achieved the improvement of comprehensive service capabilities,and achieved a win-win situation,bringing substantive significance to the diversified development of logistics enterprises.
