摘　　要：物流服务合同虽然不是《中华人民共和国民法典》中的有名合同,但是却与我们的生活息息相关。随着网购电商平台的快速发展,第三方物流企业在商事领域中扮演着越来越重要的角色。然而,由于我国目前还没有一部专门的、统一的物流法,导致第三方物流企业面临的法律风险更为突出,如何规避或降低法律风险成为第三方物流企业需要解决的关键问题。Logistics service contract is not a famous contract in Civil Code of the people's Republic of China,but it is closely related to our life.With the rapid development of the online shopping e-commerce platform,third-party logistics enterprises play a more and more important role in the field of commercial affairs.However,because there is no specialized and harmonized logistics law in our country,the legal risk faced by third-party logistics enterprises is more prominent.How to avoid or reduce the legal risk has become the key problem for third-party logistics enterprises to solve.
