摘 要:当纸张被浸湿后,纤维会快速吸水润胀,导致纤维间结合强度降低,纸张强度损失较大,在生产过程中容易发生断头,影响生产效率及纸张使用性能,为满足生产需求,纸张需要具有一定的湿抗张强度。本文主要探究添加CMC对纸张湿抗张强度的影响,结果表明添加CMC在一定程度上可以提高纸张的湿抗张强度。此外,CMC参与打浆后,可提高打浆效率,降低能耗。Fibers have extremely strong hydrophilicity.When the paper is soaked,fibers will quickly absorb water and swell,resulting in a decrease in the bonding strength between fibers and a significant loss of paper strength.During the production process,breakage is prone to occur,which affects production efficiency and paper performance.To meet production needs,paper needs to have a certain level of wet tensile strength.This article mainly explores the effect of adding CMC on the wet tensile strength of paper,and the results show that CMC can improve the wet tensile strength of paper to a certain extent.In addition,with CMC participates in refining,it can improve refining efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
