空客飞机水平安定面驱动机构构造解析及其故障分析

摘　　要：通过对空客飞机水平安定面作动器(THSA)机械和液压机构的详细解析,逐步分析了THSA组件的原理、组成及其各部件功用。并结合某公司最近10年运行中的故障数据,进行定量和定性的数据分析,从而获得了运行延误故障概率值,并对故障从运行可靠性维度进行了分析评估,以获取其重要性级别。最终结合持续性适航维修项目,制定了相关维修检查工作的优先级别。Through the detailed analysis of the mechanical and hydraulic system of the trimmable horizontal stabilizer actuator(THSA)of Airbus aircraft,the principle,composition and functions of the THSA components are gradually analyzed.Combined with the fault data of a company in operation for 10 years,quantitative and qualitative data analysis is carried out to obtain the operation delay fault probability value,and the fault is analyzed and evaluated from the operation reliability to obtain its importance level.Finally,the priority of relevant maintenance and inspection jobs is formulated in combination with continuous airworthiness maintenance projects.
