我国体育知识产权研究文献的统计与分析

摘　　要：文章采用文献资料法、数理统计法和可视化分析法,对中国知网中体育知识产权研究文献的时间分布、高产作者、研究机构、关键词共现与聚类、研究热点演化进行统计与分析,旨在厘清研究发展趋势,为后续体育知识产权研究提供参照与借鉴。研究表明:我国体育知识产权研究分为起步探索、稳定发展和快速提升3个阶段;国内体育知识产权研究领域的学者和研究机构合作并不理想,多为小团队合作或独立研究;研究重点可以归纳为知识产权、大型体育赛事、侵权行为法律保护、体育赛事直播、传统体育、体育产业6大核心内容;现阶段的研究热点主要集中在知识产权、体育赛事直播、著作权、法律保护等方面。Using the literature data method,mathematical statistics method,and visual analysis method,the paper studied the time distribution,high-yield authors,research institutions,keyword co-occurrence and clustering,and research hotspot evolution of 703 China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)research literature on sports intellectual property.The purpose of this paper is to clarify the research development trend and present reference and reference for the follow-up research on sports intellectual property rights.The research shows that sports intellectual property research is divided into three stages,initial exploration,stable development,and rapid improvement.The cooperation between domestic scholars and research institutions in the field of sports intellectual property research is not ideal,and most of them are small team cooperation or independent research.The research focus can be summarized into six core contents:intellectual property rights,large-scale sports events,legal protection of infringement,live broadcast of sports events,traditional sports,and sports industry.The current research hotspots mainly focus on intellectual property rights,live broadcast of sports events,copyright,and legal protection.
