摘　　要：作为中华民族优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,地方特色文化蕴含丰富的育人价值,是高校文化育人的珍贵资源。地方高校充分利用当地特色文化资源优势,深入挖掘其教育价值,有利于更好地坚定学生文化自信、培养学生爱国精神、涵养学生精神气质。针对地方高校特色文化育人中存在的困境,可通过多方位挖掘教育资源、多维度创新表达方式和多层次推进实践活动,持续提升地方高校特色文化育人质量。As an important part of the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation,local characteristic culture contains rich educational value and is a precious resource for cultural education in colleges and universities.Local colleges and universities make full use of the advantages of local distinctive cultural resources and dig deep into their educational value,so as to better strengthen students’cultural self-confidence,cultivate students’patriotism and cultivate their spiritual temperament.In view of the difficulties existing in educating people with distinctive culture in local colleges and universities,efforts can be made to continuously improve the quality of educating people with distinctive culture in local colleges and universities by excavating educational resources in many directions,innovating expression in many dimensions and promoting practical activities at many levels.
