社会资本视角下基层社区慈善发展研究——以K市社区慈善为例

摘　　要：社区慈善是对“大慈善”理念的生动践行,是整体推进慈善事业发展的重要抓手。K市作为社区慈善的主要推广点,对其社区慈善的问题研究具有重要意义。文章以案例研究方法,对K市社区慈善的认知维度、结构维度和互惠规范3个方面进行分析,研究发现,K市社区慈善在社会信任资本、社会关系网络的构成与影响、互惠规范制度的意识与保障等方面存在着不足。社会慈善事业,应从提高信任资本,强化社会认知嵌入;提升社会参与,加强社会关系网络;加强政府保障,深化规范网络环境等方面着手开展工作,以便提高效力更好地促进社区慈善的发展。Community charity follows the concept of“great charity”and functions significantly in the process of charity development.As a trial city for community charity development,K city is worth attention in community charity research.The study found deficiencies in social trust capital,composition and influence of social relations network and awareness and guarantee of reciprocal regulation system.The work on social charity should uplift social trust capital,intensify social perception,enhance social participation,cement social relations network,fortify governmental guarantee,and rectify cyber climate to efficiently promote community charity development.
