摘　　要：目的分析延伸护理模式对变应性鼻炎患儿症状改善、生活质量及家长照护水平的影响。方法选取2020年8月—2021年10月在本院进行变应性鼻炎治疗的184例患儿作为研究对象,依照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各92例,对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理干预的基础上实施延伸护理模式干预,对比两组患儿症状改善与生活质量状况,以及患儿家长照护水平。结果干预后,观察组患儿喷嚏减少时间、鼻塞消失时间及鼻分泌物减少时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患儿躯体感觉、睡眠状态、活力、社会功能及总健康水平评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患儿家长照护专业知识评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在临床护理干预中,对变应性鼻炎患儿实施延伸护理模式干预,更有利于患儿症状改善,提高患儿生活质量及其家长照护水平。Objective To analyze the impact of extended care mode on symptom improvement,quality of life,and parent care level in children with allergic rhinitis.Methods 184 children with allergic rhinitis who underwent treatment in our hospital from August 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 92 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received extended nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention.The symptom improvement and quality of life status of the two groups of children,as well as the level of care provided by their parents,were compared.Results After the intervention,the time for sneezing reduction,nasal congestion disappearance,and nasal secretion reduction in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physical sensation,sleep status,vitality,social function,and overall health level in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of parental care professional knowledge in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical nursing interventions,implementing an extended nursing model intervention for children with allergic rhinitis is more conducive to improving their symptoms,improving their quality of life,and improving their parental care level.
