摘 要:施加磁场可以有效提高厌氧污水处理效率,为了探究磁作用对生物脱氮性能的影响,将Fe_(3)O_(4)纳米粒子作为磁源与水性聚氨酯(WPU)和热塑性树脂(FRTP)混合得到复合材料,对磁性复合材料进行表征及磁性能研究,采用接种储存4个月厌氧氨氧化污泥进行启动及运行,通过对照组AR1和内加磁性复合材料AR2长达89天运行状况对比分析磁场强化作用的差异。结果表明,WPU/10%Fe_(3)O_(4)在3.53 mT时脱氮效果最佳,AR2反应器NRR达到14.80 kg-N/(m^(3)·d),较AR1提高40.8%,Candidatus Kuenenia作为主要厌氧氨氧化菌在AR1和AR2相对丰度达到8.65%和10.70%。The application of magnetic field can effectively improve the efficiency of anaerobic wastewater treatment.To investigate the effects of magnetic interactions on the performance of biological denitrification,Fe_(3)O_(4)nanoparticles were mixed with waterborne polyurethane(WPU)and thermoplastic resin(FRTP)as magnetic source to obtain composite materials.The characterization and magnetic properties of magnetic composite materials were studied.Anaerobic ammonia oxidation sludge was inoculated and stored for 4 months to start and run.The difference of magnetic field strengthening effect was compared and analyzed by the control group AR1 and the internal magnetic composite AR2 for 89 d.The results showed that when WPU/10%Fe_(3)O_(4)produced 3.53 mT,the denitrification effect was the best.The NRR of AR2 reactor reached 14.80 kg-N·(m^(3)·d)^(-1),which was 40.8%higher than that of AR1.The relative abundances of Candidatus Kuenenia as the main anaerobic ammonium oxidizing bacteria in AR1 and AR2 reached 8.65%and 10.70%respectively.
