摘  要:对聚酰胺复合材料阻燃剂进行了介绍,针对现有技术的不足,对无机亚磷酸盐表面包覆技术与有机次磷酸盐阻燃剂的协同效应、硅酮母料与多元防腐剂的协同作用展开了研究,通过对微孔结构的亚磷酸铝进行表面包覆处理,能有效提高亚磷酸铝的高温稳定性,与有机次磷酸盐产生了协同效应,具有优异的阻燃性能,此外,加入多元防腐体系与抗物理磨腐的硅酮母料,可以有效解决阻燃增强聚酰胺复合材料的物理化学腐蚀的问题,获得聚酰胺复合材料阻燃性能高、稳定性好,具有良好的机械性能及电性能,耐腐耐磨性能优异,应用前景广阔。Flame retardants for polyamide composites were introduced.Aiming at the shortcomings of existing technologies,the surface coating technology of inorganic phosphite was studied,as well as the synergistic effect of inorganic phosphite and organic phosphite flame retardants,and the synergistic effect of silicone masterbatch and multi-component preservatives.Through the surface coating treatment of aluminum phosphite with microporous structure,the high temperature stability of aluminum phosphite was effectively improved.It had synergistic effect with organic hypophosphite and had excellent flame retardancy.In addition,the addition of multi-component anti-corrosion system and physical abrasion resistant silicone masterbatch effectively solved the problem of physical and chemical corrosion of flame retardant reinforced polyamide composites.Polyamide composites have high flame retardancy,good stability,good mechanical and electrical properties,excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance,and broad application prospects.
