摘 要:采用本体聚合的方式利用甲基丙烯酸甲酯、异辛酸铅与甲基丙烯酸铅进行三元共聚制备了含铅聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(有机铅玻璃)板材,并测试了各种组成板材的表面硬度、透光率以及对于不同能量X射线的屏蔽能力。结果表明:铅元素被成功引入到有机玻璃中,并且有机铅玻璃具有较好的光学性能,透光率较高,材料对高能和低能X射线都有较好的屏蔽效果。The lead-containing polymethyl methacrylate(leaded plexiglass)sheet was prepared from methyl methacrylate,lead isooctanoate and lead methacrylate by bulk polymerization.And the surface hardness,light transmittance of various composition sheets and shielding ability for X-rays of different energies were tested.Experimental results showed that,the lead element was successfully introduced into the organic glass,and the organic lead glass had good optical properties,high light transmittance,and the material had good shielding effect on high-energy and low-energy X-rays.
