摘 要:好氧堆肥是一种常用的污泥处理技术,但该技术的应用一直受污泥中有害重金属含量的制约。传统的污泥堆肥处理对重金属仅能起到浓缩作用,无法将其移除。向堆肥中添加生物炭调理剂能够有效促进重金属的钝化,达到固定重金属并减少其生物有效性的目的。但不同原料制得的生物炭理化性质具有较大差异,影响其对污泥堆肥中重金属的钝化效果。介绍了生物炭的制备与理化性质,分析了不同类型生物炭添加污泥堆肥后对重金属的含量及钝化效果差异,并对生物炭作为调理剂钝化污泥堆肥重金属现存的不足做了简单的总结。Aerobic composting is a commonly used sludge treatment technology,but its application is always restricted by the content of harmful heavy metals in sludge.Traditional sludge composting treatment can only concentrate heavy metals,but cannot remove them.Adding biochar conditioner to compost can effectively promote the passivation of heavy metals to achieve the purpose of fixing heavy metals and reducing their bioavailability.However,the physicochemical properties of biochar prepared from different raw materials are quite different,which affects the passivation effect of biochar on heavy metals in sludge compost.In this paper,the preparation and physicochemical properties of biochar were introduced,the difference of heavy metal content and passivation effect of different types of biochar added to sludge compost were analyzed,and the shortcomings of biochar as a regulator in passivation of heavy metal in sludge compost was summarized.
