摘  要:建立了火焰原子吸收法测定食品接触用陶瓷制品中铅、镉溶出量的测定方法。结果表明,相关系数均大于0.999,铅、镉的方法检出限分别为0.07、0.007 mg/L,加标回收率分别为97.83%和94.91%,相对标准偏差分别为1.06%、2.94%。同时对比分析了不同乙酸溶液浓度、浸泡时间和浸泡温度对陶瓷制品铅、镉溶出量的影响,确定最优条件为使用4%浓度乙酸在22℃条件下浸泡24 h。该方法简便高效,精密度好,准确度高,可用于日用陶瓷制品中铅、镉溶出量测定。A method for the determination of lead and cadmium in ceramic products for food contact by flame atomic absorption spectrometry was established.The results showed that the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.999.The detection limits of lead and cadmium were 0.07 mg·L-1 and 0.007 mg·L-1,respectively.The recoveries were 97.83%and 94.91%,respectively.The relative standard deviations were 1.06%and 2.94%,respectively.At the same time,the effects of different acetic acid solution concentration,soaking time and soaking temperature on the dissolution of lead and cadmium in ceramic products were compared and analyzed.The optimum conditions were determined to be soaking for 24 h with 4%acetic acid at 22℃.The method is simple and efficient,has good precision and high accuracy,and can be used for the determination of lead and cadmium dissolution in daily ceramic products.
