摘　　要：本文介绍了一种高集成度2.5D结构的X波段八通道变频收发组合。收发组合可用于发射模拟相位扫描、接收数字波束形成(DBF)体制的有源相控阵雷达。收发组合具有体积小、集成度高、功率大、通道一致性好的特点。文章着重对收发组合工作原理、组成构架、SIP射频封装模块设计、收发通道指标预算、镜像抑制混频设计和热仿真热设计进行了详细的论述。最后对收发组合的电气性能的实测结果进行了展示,收发组合具有良好的性能,发射功率大于26W,发射移相精度小于3.2°,接收噪声系数小于3.1dB,接收增益大于62dB。This paper presents a 2.5D integrated X-band eight-channel T/R module with frequency conversion function.It can be used in active phased array radars which employ analog phase scanning in transmitting and digital beam-forming(DBF)in receiving.The proposed T/R module features small size,high integrated level,large output power,and good consistency between different channels.In this paper,the operating principle,composition,SIP RF packaging design,transmit-receive channel specification budgeting,image rejection mixing design,and thermal design of the T/R module are described in detail.Finally,the electrical performance of the T/R module is tested.The test results show that the T/R module has good performance with a transmitting power of greater than 26W,a transmitting phase-shifting accuracy of less than 3.2°,a receiving noise coefficient of less than 3.1dB,and a receiving gain of greater than 62dB.
