摘 要:为了解决高密度脉冲流复杂调制信号测量接收机的计量难题,借鉴数字与矢量信号计量校准思路,研究提出一种基于通用测试仪器的模拟器提供激励信号、模拟高密度脉冲流下的复杂调制信号、采用矢量信号分析仪和高密度脉冲流复杂调制信号测量接收机比测验证的计量方法,并搭建基于通用测试仪器计量装置,选取基于基本波形片断的高密度脉冲流下复杂调制信号的典型计量状态,进行实验验证。实验结果表明,装置的脉冲、调频、调相、捷变频等计量性能满足实际需求,该方法可行。In order to solve the metrology problem of complex modulated signal measuring receivers in high-density pulse flow environment,this paper proposes a metrology method based on the metrology and calibration principle of digital and vector signals.The method uses the excitation signals from a simulator based on general-purpose test instrument to simulate complex modulated signals in high-density pulse flow environment.In addition,it adopts a comparison measurement method involving vector signal analyzer and complex modulated signal measuring receiver for high-density pulse flow environment.A metrology device is built based on general-purpose test instrument.The typical metrology states of complex modulated signals in high-density pulse flow environment based on basic waveform fragments are selected for test.The test results show that the metrology performance of the device in terms of pulse,frequency modulation,phase modulation,and frequency agility meets the practical requirements and the proposed method is feasible.
