摘　　要：为解决烟草商业企业创新活动及创新管理中存在的问题,本研究提出“全面创新及知识增值管理模式”,系统性构建了创新驱动因素、创新方法体系、创新管理流程、知识增值流程四个模块相统一的管理模式,实现“战略—创新—增值”体系之间的匹配性与协调性。为验证该模式的实践有效性,本研究以福建省烟草公司龙岩市公司为例,全面、系统地阐述该模式在烟草商业企业中具体应用的方法、展开及成效。In order to solve the problems existing in the innovation activities and innovation management of tobacco commercial enterprises,this study proposed a"comprehensive innovation and knowledge value-added management model",systematically constructing a management model that integrates four modules:innovation driving factors,innovation method system,innovation management process and knowledge value-added process,and realizing the matching and coordination between the"strategy-innovation-value-added"system.In order to verify the practical effectiveness of this model,this study takes Longyan Tobacco Company of Fujian Province as an example to comprehensively and systematically elaborate the specific application method,development and effectiveness of this model in tobacco commercial enterprises.
