摘  要:旨在对溢洪道抗冲耐磨混凝土拌和系统进行优化研究,按参数分析法、计算法等,分析溢洪道抗冲耐磨混凝土抗冲耐磨性能,提出混凝土拌和系统的优化方法,包括材料配比优化、掺加添加剂的优化和拌和工艺优化,评估优化后的混凝土进行抗冲性能和耐磨性能。通过本研究,可为溢洪道抗冲耐磨混凝土的拌和工艺提供指导,提高混凝土的抗冲耐磨性能,从而提高溢洪道的安全性和使用寿命。The aim of this study is to optimize the mixing system of anti erosion and wear resistant concrete for spillway.By using parameter analysis and calculation methods,the anti erosion and wear resistance performance of anti erosion and wear resistant concrete for spillway is analyzed.The optimization method for concrete mixing system is proposed,including material ratio optimization,optimization of adding additives,and mixing process optimization.The optimized concrete is evaluated for its anti erosion and wear resistance performance.Through this study,guidance can be provided for the mixing process of anti-scour and wear-resistant concrete in the spillway,improving the anti-scour and wear-resistant performance of the concrete,and thereby extending the safety and service life of the spillway.
