摘 要:为研究粘贴钢板加固后预应力混凝土空心板梁的加固效果,本文结合现行混凝土结构加固设计规范,提出一种计算粘贴钢板加固后预应力混凝土空心板梁的承载能力计算方法。以谢边桥为工程背景,通过梁格法建立加固前桥梁有限元模型,考虑混凝土的老化和钢筋锈蚀等一系列损耗,依据相关规范引入折减系数,计算并分析了加固前后的预应力混凝土空心板梁承载能力。结果表明:采用本文提出的方法评估粘贴钢板加固效果可行,使用粘钢加固后全桥承载能力提升30%,可为其他桥梁的加固承载力计算提供理论依据。To study the reinforcement effect of prestressed concrete hollow slab beams strengthened with steel plates,this paper proposes a calculation method for the bearing capacity of prestressed concrete hollow slab beams strengthened with steel plates,based on the current design specifications for concrete structure reinforcement.Taking the Xiebian Bridge as the engineering background,a finite element model of the bridge before reinforcement was established using the beam grid method.Considering a series of losses such as concrete aging and steel corrosion,a reduction coefficient was introduced according to relevant specifications,and the bearing capacity of the prestressed concrete hollow slab beam before and after reinforcement was calculated and analyzed.The results indicate that using the method proposed in this article to evaluate the effectiveness of bonded steel plate reinforcement is feasible.After using bonded steel plate reinforcement,the bearing capacity of the entire bridge is increased by 30%,which can provide a theoretical basis for the calculation of the reinforcement bearing capacity of other bridges.
