摘　　要：本文聚焦基于视频智能的全场景路网运行管理体系,分析了视频智能分析体系建设背景、视频智能分析系统建设要点,提出构建“全路网轮询感知、全天候保障通行、重点位置及特殊气象精准覆盖”的全场景视频智能技术应用,科学高效地应用视频技术,同时结合多源数据,将预警信息与调度业务进行有效联动,为全场景路网运行管理体系建设提供了参考。Focusing on the video intelligence based full scene road network operation management system,this article analyzes the background and key points of the construction of a video intelligent analysis system,and proposes the construction of a full scene video intelligent technology application that includes"full road network polling perception,all day traffic guarantee,and precise coverage of key locations and special weather conditions".This system scientifically and efficiently applies video technology,and combines multi-source data to effectively link early warning information with scheduling business,providing a reference for the construction of the entire scene road network operation management system.
