易筋经托天式训练结合虎力散穴位贴敷防治神经根型颈椎病的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察康复护理指导下易筋经托天式训练结合虎力散穴位贴敷防治神经根型颈椎病的效果。方法选取2020年1月—2022年1月福建中医药大学附属康复医院收治的神经根型颈椎病患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。两组均进行常规治疗、虎力散穴位贴敷和康复护理,观察组联合易筋经托天式训练治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效,以及治疗前后的视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、颈椎功能评分(multicervical-unit,MCU)和颈椎功能障碍指数(neck disability index,NDI)。结果观察组的临床治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的VAS评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组颈椎活动度及颈部肌肉力量均改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的NDI均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用易筋经托天式训练结合虎力散穴位贴敷治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著,可明显改善患者疼痛、颈椎功能及活动度。Objective To analyze the effect of Yijinjing Tuottian style training combined with Hulishan acupoint application on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods Sixty patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy who received treatment in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 30 patients in each group,using a random number table method.Both groups received routine treatment,Hulishan acupoint application,and rehabilitation care,and the experimental group received additional Yijinjing Tiantuo training.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,as well as the visual analog scale(VAS)before and after treatment,Multi cervical unit(MCU)and Neck Disability Index(NDI).Results The clinical treatment effectiveness rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of both groups decreased compared to before treatment,and the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The range of cervical vertebra and neck muscle strength increased in both groups,and the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the NDI of both groups decreased compared to before treatment,and the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Yijinjing Tuottian style training and Hulishan acupoint application has a significant therapeutic effect on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,which can significantly improve patients'pain,cervical function,and range of motion.
