经络推拿联合益气舒筋汤治疗颈肩腰腿痛患者的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探究经络推拿联合益气舒筋汤治疗颈肩腰腿痛对患者疼痛程度的改善作用。方法选择2021年1月—2022年12月泉州永春蓬壶中心卫生院收治的颈肩腰腿痛患者300例,随机分为对照组和观察组各150例。对照组给予经络推拿治疗,观察组在对照组基础上口服益气舒筋汤,均治疗1个月,比较两组西医症状指标、中医症候评分和SF-36量表评分。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中医症候脉络淤血、局部刺痛、麻木肿胀、僵硬和皮下瘀斑评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组SF-36量表各项评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗颈肩腰腿痛时,经络推拿联合益气舒筋汤可减轻患者中西医症状,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of meridian massage combined with Yiqi Shujin decoction in the treatment of neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain.Methods A total of 300 patients with neck,shoulder,low back and leg pain admitted to the Health Center of Yongchun Penghu Center in Quanzhou from January 2021 to Decem-ber 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,150 cases in each group.The control group was treated with meridian massage,and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Shujin decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 1 month.The western medicine symptom index,TCM syndrome score and SF-36 scale score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,such as venous congestion,local pain,numbness,swelling,stiffness,and subcutaneous ecchymosis between two groups(P<0.05).The scores of the SF-36 scale in observation group were significantly higher than those of the control groupt(P<0.05).Conclusion Meridian massage combined with Yiqi Shujin decoction can alleviate the symptoms of traditional Chinese and western medicine and improve the quality of life of patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain.
